At Business Scriptures, we work with a trusted print-on-demand partner to create and ship your items as soon as you place an order. Because each product is custom-made just for you, we currently do not offer returns. However, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so we’ve detailed how refunds may be handled below, depending on your order status.
1. Order Status: “Paid”
- If your order status shows “Paid” but has not yet entered production, we’ll happily provide a full refund to your original payment method—no questions asked.
2. Order Status: “In Production,” “Production Completed,” or “Qualified”
- At this stage, your custom item is either being made or about to ship. If you choose to cancel now, we will deduct the cost of the product(s) from your payment and refund the remaining amount to your original payment method.
3. Order Status: “Shipped”
- Once your order has left our facility, we can’t accept a refund request at this stage. Your item is on its way and cannot be halted or redirected.
4. Order Status: “Delivered”
- If your package has been delivered, but you’re unhappy with the product, please contact us within 15 days of delivery. We’ll work directly with our print-on-demand partner to find a satisfactory solution, which may include a partial refund, a product remake, or other resolutions as needed.
5. Order Status: “Completed”
- This status typically appears 15 days after delivery, indicating the refund window is closed. At this point, no refunds can be processed.
