1. Print-On-Demand Production
- Made to Order: Each item is uniquely printed once you place your order. We partner with POD Partner to handle production and fulfillment.
- Processing Times: Typically, production begins immediately after payment. Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be prepared before shipping.
2. Product Categories & Shipping Classes
We organize our apparel into three main shipping classes, each with specific rates and estimated delivery times:
- T-Shirts & Tank Tops
- Long Sleeves & Shorts
- Hoodies & Sweatshirts & Pants
Exact shipping costs may vary based on your location and selected shipping speed. Refer to the final rate displayed at checkout for the most accurate pricing.
3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Transit Times
We currently offer three shipping methods where available:
- Standard Shipping: Approx. 5–12 business days depending on the destination.
- Fast Shipping: Approx. 4–8 business days for faster delivery in select countries.
- Express Shipping: Approx. 3–7 business days for the quickest service where offered.
Note: All timelines above represent average shipping windows after the production stage is complete. Actual delivery days may differ based on customs, local carriers, and peak seasonal factors.
4. Country/Region Coverage
We ship worldwide, including the United States, United Kingdom, Germany, Australia, Canada, Italy, France, and the Rest of World. Some shipping methods (Fast or Express) may not be available in every region. “Rest of World” rates and times are variable and can take up to 30 business days, depending on the destination.
5. Shipping Costs
Your shipping cost is based on:
- Product Category (Shipping Class): T-Shirts, Long Sleeves, or Hoodies.
- Shipping Method: Standard, Fast, or Express.
- Destination Country/Region: Each zone has its own rates.
To keep it simple, you’ll see the exact amount at checkout once you enter your shipping address and select a shipping method. “Additional item” fees may also apply if multiple items are ordered, but are excluded from basic first-item quotes.
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders outside your home country may incur customs fees or import taxes. These charges are not included in our shipping rates and are the buyer’s responsibility. We recommend checking your local regulations for details on possible fees.
7. Address Accuracy
- Ensure Correct Details: Please verify your shipping address before completing checkout. We are unable to reroute packages once they are in transit.
- Returned Packages: Orders returned due to an incorrect address may require additional shipping fees to resend.
8. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details (if available). Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking link to update.
9. Delivery Delays or Issues
While we strive for timely delivery, unforeseen circumstances such as weather events, customs inspections, or peak holiday seasons may cause delays. If your package hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please reach out to us for assistance.
